  • Is Buy Nothing imploding? - New York Magazine exposes the wars that have broken out between local Buy Nothing groups and the movement’s founders.
  • Which high school sports cause the most injuries? - Researchers looked at data from 2015 to 2019 and concluded that ​​football, girls’ soccer and boys’ wrestling cause the most severe injuries. So… no sports? Not quite - provide kids with variety to avoid overuse injuries.

  • Kids raised by same-sex couples do just as well - A meta-analysis of 16 studies published in BMJ Global Health journal concludes that kids raised by gay, lesbian, or queer couples do as well, if not better than, kids raised by heterosexual parents.
